Research Interests
My research focuses on field work of greenhouse gases emission from inland freshwater aquaculture, rice-aquaculture co-culture system and agricultural river, including exploring functional gene, microbial community structure and isotopic composition. I am also interested in field work on soil carbon and nitrogen cycle and the responses of agricultural production to climate change, and the research on data integration of in-situ observations of global greenhouse gases emission.
